Tim Earle
General Manager
Tim has been in the HVAC Industry for over 30 years. He started at the ground level delivering HVAC equipment to job sites in California and progressed into a Lead Installation Technician role. After 3 years in that role Tim decided to pursue a career in HVAC sales where he flourished into a Top Selling HVAC Consultant and won many national awards for Equipment Sales for Trane and American Standard.
In 2006 Tim ascended to the role of Sales Manager for a large American Standard dealer in Tacoma, Washington and continued his career in Sales Management. Tim has led over 10 Sales Teams in helping them to achieve their sales goals. In 2015 Tim was selected to be a Trane and American Standard Regional Sales Manager for Gensco. In 2015 Tim and his team exceeded their sales goals by over 30% in the Pacific Northwest Region. During that time Tim also consulted and taught numerous companies on the In Home Sales Process and Strategic Business planning and Superior Customer Service training in an effort to assist companies in reaching their company growth goals.
In 2021 Fast Water Heater selected Tim to build and develop the HVAC division that the company was starting. Tim is currently the General Manager for WSB Sheet Metal in Duvall, WA, which is part of the Fast Water Heater HVAC division. Tim’s goal is to connect customers with comfort and help them achieve a clean, comfortable environment in their homes.
Tim grew up in Southern California and now resides in the Mill Creek area of Washington with his wife Rhonda and has 2 children that have gone on to great successes in their lives. Tim enjoys all sporting events including the 4 major sports, College Football, The NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball. Tim is a passionate LA Rams fan, LA Dodger fan and LA Laker fan along with USC and enjoys traveling with his wife Rhonda and spending time with his kids and his grandchild Lucas.
Fun Fact: For 10 years, I used to train German Shepherd's for police work.
