Brad at Nordstrom Heating & Air was was so incredibly helpful. He was knowledgeable and able to provide exactly the information needed for our situation. He carefully measured windows and counted vents, and he provided a detailed quote that gave us confidence in the equipment selection process.

When we needed to have an existing furnace replaced, Brad determined the best way to approach the project to minimize our costs and was even able to source parts outside of his typical vendor.

Having worked with and been disappointed by other heating companies in the area, we will definitely be selecting Brad and Nordstrom for any future projects. The professionalism and customer service was evident from day one. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Nordstrom heating and air! They are professional and nice . I had a AC system installed and they were great from start to finish. Brad was very helpful and responsive with answering any questions. Kyle and the other guy on the install team were very nice and did a outstanding job installing my AC system. The employees all seem to enjoy working for the company so that says a lot about the company. Support local small business!

When Jason came out, he was friendly, professional , efficient and you could tell he knew his craft.. I've always had one eye open when having any kind of home services or maintenance people come out but from the very first moments, Jason made me feel comfortable and confident that I chose the right company for my broken heat pump needs. He explained what he was doing and potential issues and most important was more than happy to answer my questions so I understood exactly what was going on. What stress off my shoulders! My 1993 gas furnace "died", my house was at 41°, and I needed a new furnace, immediately. Nordstrom Heating & Air came to the rescue by sending Jason, the President of the company, out to teach me about my options for a new furnace. (His salesman was on vacation, so he came out!) He was informative but absolutely not pushy. I selected a new furnace, filter setup, and thermostat that fit my home's and my needs. Kyle and Austin came out two hours later and installed my new equipment. They were professional and totally efficient. I had heat less than 24 hours from my first contacting the company. I highly recommend Nordstrom Heating & Air for your heating and A/C needs!!

Kyle was amazing so gracious in helping me understand how to operate my heat pump! I had not been using it since I bought the home 3 years ago! Trevor came to provide annual maintenance and pointed out tips to prolong life of this unit and recommendations for future replacement!

Although I did not use Nordstrom Heating for my AC installation, I would highly recommend them. Brad came out to my house, but unfortunately he decided not to provide me with a quote for an installation of a new AC unit. I commend Brad for his honesty. Two years ago I had a new Carrier furnace installed (by another company) with evaporator coil, knowing that I eventually wanted AC. Because Nordstrom heating is an American Standard distributor, Brad recommended that I install a Carrier/Bryant AC unit to avoid unnecessary cost. Installing a different brand would mean that they would have to pull out my existing coil. Brad handed me his business card and offered to answer any future questions or needed a resource to contact him. A few weeks have gone by and I have collected four other quotes. I had a tough time deciding between on installing an AC unit or heat pump. I reached out to Brad via email with my questions and quotes from the other company. He called me back later that evening and assisted me in deciding which unit was best for my needs. It's definitely refreshing to come across someone who looks out for the best interest of the customer instead of just getting the sale.
